Helpdesk Supervisor
I am currently working the Helpdesk Supervisor for Pilot Catastrophe here in Mobile. Pilot Catastrophe manages and staffs Insurance Adjusters for several insurance companies on a national level. When those Adjustors need IT Support they call the Helpdesk.
IT Service Manager
After the US Army Corp of Engineers, I found myself working for Data Byte, Inc who is a Managed Service Provider here in Mobile. Managed Services is basically instead of a company hiring and staffing a full IT department themselves you can pay a much lower monthly fee to an MSP to do your IT Support for you. I managed the technicians and ticket flow for Data Byte.
Senior Associate Sytems Analyst
After leaving Arey Jones, I got a job working at Singing River Health Systems as a Desktop Support Analyst and when Covid hit I found myself working for the US Army Corp of Engineers as a Systems Analyst.
Computer Technician
I started my career in computers by starting at Virginia College and getting an associate in network engineering and got a job with Arey Jones who provides technical support to several school systems including Mobile County School Systems and Baldwin County School Systems. I would travel from school to school, working on or repairing any computer that needed support.
